Check your product page for its estimated shipping date. This is the date we expect your package to leave Tings, not the delivery date. Carrier transit estimates do not include preorder production or order preparation. You’ll receive tracking by email.

Yes. You may cancel for a full refund up to 14 calendar days before the listed shipping date. If your original shipping date has passed and your order has not shipped, the original cancellation cutoff does not prevent a delay-related cancellation request. Email Thetings0nline@gmail.com with your name and order number.

After the deadline, preorder cancellations are not accepted because production and fulfillment preparations have begun. This does not limit your right to cancel if we cannot ship on time, or your rights regarding an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

If we cannot ship by the listed date, we’ll contact you with the revised shipping date and give you the choice to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund. A delayed preorder is not locked into the original cancellation deadline.

Shipping is not included in the item price. Before payment, you can compare available carrier prices and delivery speeds and choose the service you prefer.

After successful payment, you’ll see an order confirmation and receive a receipt at the email address used during checkout. If you do not see it, check your spam folder and then email us with the name and email used for the order.

Yes. Tracking will be sent to your checkout email after your order is packed and the shipping label is created.

A label can be created before carrier collection. The carrier’s acceptance scan confirms the package has entered their network.

Available destinations and services appear at checkout. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are not included in shipping and may be collected separately from you by the carrier or customs.

Contact the carrier directly to report a missing, stolen or misdelivered package and request an investigation. Also email Tings with your order number, tracking number and any carrier case number so we can assist. Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Read the complete Return Policy before sending anything back.
