You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains, scents, pet hair, and damage, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, email Thetings0nline@gmail.com with your name, order number, item, and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived incorrect, damaged, or defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a Tings error.
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the decision. Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to display the credit.
Because Tings releases are limited, replacement sizes and exchanges cannot be guaranteed. If your preferred size is available, contact us before returning your item and we’ll let you know the options.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund up to 14 calendar days before its listed shipping date. If your original shipping date has passed and your order has not shipped, the original cancellation cutoff does not prevent a delay-related cancellation request.
After the cancellation deadline, preorder cancellations are not accepted because production and fulfillment preparations have begun. To request a cancellation, email Thetings0nline@gmail.com with your name and order number.

If we cannot ship by the date promised when you ordered, we’ll contact you with a revised shipping date and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. The regular preorder cancellation deadline does not take away this choice.
If Tings cancels an order or cannot fulfill it, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
